Four Ponds
Outfitting Ltd, has its headquarters in Cow Head, Newfoundland,
Canada. The hunter's location is on the Northern Peninsula of
Newfoundland. Fourponds Outfitting invites you to investigate
an adventure in wilderness hunting and fishing.
Four Ponds Outfitting is designed for the hunters or anglers who
want good accommodations and unspoiled areas. Our greatest
asset is a long list of satisfied hunters and anglers. Check

Four Ponds Outfitting is dedicated
to provide you with as much information as possible, as you plan
your trip to Newfoundland. If you do not find the information

GENERAL INFORMATION
Clothing - If you are in for the fishing season,
which runs from June to September, medium weight clothing is in
order and anglers are advised to bring waders or long rubber boots,
a long rain coat or water proof clothing. If you are in for the
hunting season, you should consider bringing light woolen outer
clothing, supplemented with thermal under clothing, light knee
length rubber boots, rain gear, gloves, hat, and woolen socks.
Binoculars and Cameras - A good pair of binoculars is most
important to size up your trophy - 7X35 is a good choice. A
camera is recommended since there will be many scenes you will want
to remember.
Rifles - The most popular calibers are the 30:06 and the 308,
since either has sufficient knock-down power and range for our game
here in Newfoundland. A 2 1/2 to 4 powered scope is very useful.
